Calendar Groups
A Calendar Group can contain multiple calendars. A Venue that provides multiple bookable facilities would be considered a Calendar Group.
Creating a new Calendar Group
The following fields are provided to store data about a Calendar Group:

Creating a new Calendar
- Click on the Calendar group (venue) you would like to add the calendar to.
- Click the New calendar button.
The following fields are provided to store data about a Calendar:
Basic Settings

Blocked Times
There is a toggle to automatically prevent new bookings on England and Wales bank holidays. You can also add your own specific times to block.
The blocked times can only be done on a per day basis, please ensure the start date and end date is the same date.

Blocked Times can be filterd by:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Reason
- Administrator that added the Blocked Time.
Received bookings
This will list all bookings for the calendar with the following details:
- Date
- Time
- Session length
- Price
- Booking reference number
- Link to booking form
- Location
- Status
Editing Received Bookings
From Received Bookings you can change the location details shown in Outlook or delete a booking using the Edit dropdown show with each received booking.
To change the location:
- Choose Change location from the Edit dropdown.
- Add or edit the location details
- Click the Save button
Any Cancel and Change Location actions here will not reflect in Jadu Connect.
Filtering Received Bookings
Received bookings can be filtered by:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Status
- User Form ID - this must be a full form ID match
